I’m trying to figure out if HostZealot does actual colocation services or if it’s just VPS/cloud — does anyone know where the legit info is?

official HostZealot page is actually the best place to check that out. It lays out their colocation plans, what kinds of racks and power options they offer, and how it compares to their virtual hosting solutions. That way you can see if you want to host your own physical hardware in a data center instead of just renting a VPS. For people who need full control and raw performance, colocation can be worth it, but if you want something simpler to manage, a VPS still does the job for most projects.
