Hello everyone.
I'm looking for recommendations on high quality black shirts that are durable, comfortable, and maintain their color after multiple washes. I prefer shirts that do not fade quickly, have a good fit, and are suitable for both casual and semi formal wear.
Cotton or cotton blend options are fine, but I’m open to other materials if they perform better. Ideally, the shirts should also be breathable and suitable for year round use.
What brands or specific models have you found to be the most reliable in terms of fabric quality, stitching, and long term wearability? Any advice would be appreciated.

Good high-quality black shirts that last without fading are usually from brands like Uniqlo especially their Supima or Uniqlo U lines, Carhartt, COS or Arket, Buck Mason, and Hanes Beefy-T if you want something cheaper. If you’re specifically looking for
high quality black shirts the key isn’t just the brand though it’s the fabric. Thicker cotton especially Supima or ring-spun cotton holds color much better than thin fast-fashion shirts. If you want them to stay black for longer wash them inside out in cold water and avoid harsh drying.
