Rear bench has a cigarette burn and a cracked seam, repair or replace?

I bought my car used and only noticed afterwards that the rear bench has a small cigarette burn near the centre and a seam that's come apart on the left side. Nobody really sits back there so it's not urgent, but every time I clean the car it bugs me. I've been quoted for a full rear bench replacement which feels excessive for two small issues, and honestly I'd rather just get it repaired if the result looks clean. I'm out near Khalifa City so I've been searching for expert car seat upholstery repair near Khalifa City to find someone who does proper patch work rather than just swapping the whole thing. My worry is that a repair will always be visible, especially on the seam where the stitching needs to match. Has anyone had a similar small repair done and was it actually invisible, or is replacement the only way to get it looking right?
