My C200's AC gave out in this heat and now I'm stuck looking for a decent workshop

Bit of a rant mixed with a genuine question here. My 2019 C200 started blowing warm air last week which is basically a death sentence in this weather, and the dealer quoted me something that made me laugh out loud when I saw the number. So now I'm scrambling to find a proper independent workshop that actually knows Mercedes instead of some random garage that will just guess and throw parts at it. I came across a site that seems to handle a lot of German makes and even lists Porsche work, which was interesting since I drive a Merc, but it made me wonder if the same place could handle mine properly. Anyway I've been searching for professional Mercedes Benz repair in Dubai Production City and honestly the options are all over the place, some look great and some look like they'd make things worse. Anyone here had their C class or E class serviced somewhere they'd actually vouch for? Not looking for the cheapest option, I just want it done right the first time.
