Hi everyone,
Something I've been thinking about recently: how many of us actually leave feedback after eating out? Most of us finish a meal and move on, but a few minutes of feedback can actually shape how a restaurant operates.
Restaurants want to know what worked and what didn't. If something was slow or not quite right, they want to hear it. If something was great, they want to hear that too.
In Germany, McDonald's runs an official feedback platform where customers can share their experience. It's quick, and it can lead to real changes. You can find it here:
