Dobrý den. Měla jsem pocit, že den byl příliš dlouhý a nabitý a já jsem neměla čas se zastavit ani odpočinout. Otevřela jsem spin mama abych se trochu rozptýlila a vytvořila si příjemné prostředí. Všechno bylo srozumitelné a snadné, bez zbytečných komplikací. Přestala jsem přehrávat minulé události a dovolila si být v přítomném okamžiku. Uvnitř se mi uklidnilo a stabilizovala se mi nálada. Tento způsob odpočinku pomáhá obnovit síly a zbavit se stresu. Doporučuji.
