I’ve been noticing that more companies are shifting towards Modern payroll portals to manage their salary processes and employee data. It seems like a big upgrade compared to traditional payroll methods, especially for businesses that want everything in one place.

From what I understand, these portals allow employees to access their payslips, check salary details, and even manage personal information without relying on HR every time. For employers, it helps streamline payroll tasks and reduce manual work. But I’m wondering if there are any challenges, like setup complexity or data security concerns.
